SB 206                                                                                            
President Halford made the following committee referral change to                                   
SENATE BILL NO. 206 "An Act relating to registration plates and                                     
parking permits for persons with disabilities and to illegal use of                                 
parking spaces for persons with disabilities" (page 1262). He replaced                              
the State Affairs Committee referral with a Transportation Committee                                
referral.
